Darshan faces challenges in the murder case; preparations are underway for the submission of the charge sheet from A2 to A1.

Darshan faces escalating difficulties regarding the murder of Renuka Swamy, as law enforcement is prepared to designate him as the primary suspect and file the George sheet. Should it be established that Darshan is the principal orchestrator of the crime, the severity of his punishment will be heightened. The inquiry is nearing its conclusion, with significant evidence against the actor emerging from the FSL report.

Actor Darshan is currently incarcerated on murder charges, and his situation is deteriorating with each passing day. Previously, he held the position of the second accused (A2) in the Renuka Swamy murder case, with actress Pavithra Gowda designated as A1. However, the Bengaluru police are preparing to submit a charge sheet, indicating that Darshan is likely to be elevated to A1 status. This development will further complicate Darshan's legal troubles, as the investigation into the Renuka Swamy murder case approaches its conclusion.

Darshan was initially classified as A2 when the Renukaswamy murder case emerged and police commenced their investigation. Pavitra Gowda was identified as a prime suspect due to her A1 status. However, the investigation revealed numerous significant witnesses implicating the actor, with testimonies indicating that Darshan had kidnapped Anati before assaulting and murdering him. Furthermore, it has come to light that Darshan allegedly provided funds for the disposal of the victim's body post-murder.

Given the weight of the evidence presented by these witnesses, there is a substantial likelihood that Darshan will be reclassified from A2 to A1 in this case. The police are in the process of preparing a charge sheet that reflects this potential change. Should this reclassification occur, it would establish Darshan as the orchestrator of Renukaswamy's murder, thereby increasing the severity of the penalties he may face.
